Though now I'm having problems and idk what it comes from. I've decided to try again with PerkUP to try a new difficulty.

Most of these I've used before with SkyRe (except PerkUP obviously) and was able to play fine, but as I've completed the Vanilla game 4 times (1 with using a single specialty each time and one using all 3 and completing everything.) then completed it with the SkyRe mod and a few others added on, even played with frostfall to make it more entertaining, but since I haven't played in a couple months, nearly a year. PerkUP-zOptional_HeavyArmor_NoHelmsReq.esp PerkUP-XXX.esp (XXX because it's all of the PerkUP mod skills so just fill XXX with each of the skills in alphabetic order) Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp I don't think it's a mod issue, but it maybe. I don't feel like signing into the game to double check.) and 3 quest related papers that I can't read in time or seem to screenshot in time to read.
I have tried "player.removeallitems" or objects whichever it is, and the issue was still there even with just the greatsword quest from windhelm(or whatever the first city is. When I start a new game I can get into the inventories completely fine, but since I don't go through my book menu all that often I don't know what caused the crashing to occur, and as such I don't know hot to keep it from happening.

I have mods on my game, through Nexus downloaded with the nmm, and all the DLC for the game. I can play for hours without a problem as long as I don't open the books menu, but as soon as I open the inventory if I don't switch from the main menu (which includes books in it) it'll crash after a few seconds and with the book inventory it crashes immediately.
